You must be 18 or over. Shiftledger is a personal ledger. It does not move money, give tax advice, or replace anyone's payroll or rota.
Workers log shifts, invoices and what they are owed. Vendors post jobs, send a private link and keep a record of the hours. Temi is a helper on the worker ledger. She can answer questions about your hours and prepare a shift for you to save. She does not move money or give tax or legal advice. A tax percentage you set in settings is your own estimate, not advice from us.
When you use Temi, what you type, screenshots you upload to fill a shift, and the shift and vendor summaries she needs may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) so she can answer. Bank details are not sent. Screenshots are read for that request and are not stored. She only saves or changes a shift after you confirm. You are responsible for checking that record. Insight she gives can be wrong, so check your ledger.
Do not use Shiftledger to break the law, share other people's data without a reason, or send job or pass-on links as spam. Only record work you do in your own name. Do not pass yourself off as someone else. Do not use Temi to impersonate someone else or to store other people's data you do not need.
When you type other people's names, numbers or addresses into your ledger, you decide what to record. We host that data for you, keep it secure, do not use it for our own purposes, and delete it when you delete your account. We will not share it except as described in the privacy notice (job and pass-on links you send).
One email holds one account type. Keep your password private if you use one. You can also continue with Google. You can download or delete your data from your profile.
The cookies we use are set out in the privacy notice. They are only what the app needs to keep you signed in and to keep forms safe. They are not used for ads.
